Privacy notice

How Cutronex handles B2B inquiry information.

Information submitted through the website is used to review industrial component requests, clarify missing requirements, route the inquiry, and follow up with the sender.

Information we may collect

RFQ and contact submissions may include request type, part number or product, name, company, email, country or region, quantity, application requirements, phone number, document link, source page, and referral information.

Do not submit confidential files, personal data about other people, customer names, proprietary drawings, or trade secrets unless the information is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

How it is used

  • Review and respond to the request
  • Identify missing technical or commercial details
  • Track request status and source
  • Improve pages and inquiry workflows

Service providers and storage

Cutronex may use hosting, form, spreadsheet, email, analytics, and workflow services such as Cloudflare, Formspree, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script to receive, store, route, and review inquiries. These services may process data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Inquiry records may be retained while they remain useful for active follow-up, repeat sourcing, quote history, fraud prevention, and website improvement. To request correction or deletion from active tracking, contact sales@cutronex.com with enough information to identify the submission.

Practical limitation

This page is an operating privacy notice for the current early-stage B2B website. It is not a substitute for legal advice and should be reviewed before large-scale advertising, customer accounts, sensitive file uploads, CRM automation, or regulated-market processing is introduced.
